Based in Chicago, Dean Petrovas joined Hunt Club Apartments as an asset manager in 2024. His responsibilities in this position encompass the oversight of all daily operations, as well as the financial management of a multifamily property portfolio. His regular activities include budgeting, vendor and tenant relations management, and the development and execution of capital improvement initiatives. Dean Petrovas further satisfies owner, vendor, and tenant needs by coordinating maintenance schedules and leading various capital projects.
Dean Petrovas previously served as an asset manager for Northern Trust, which also involved the management of a complex commercial real estate asset portfolio. From 2017 to 2024, he managed investor, lender, broker, and partner relations for a $500 million real estate portfolio at Sax Realty Group, Inc. He played a key role in the portfolio’s 30-percent year-over-year growth. Other previous positions include senior asset manager and acquisitions associate at Sperry Van Ness/Bart and asset manager for Sundance Property Management in Cincinnati.
Dean Petrovas holds a master of arts in real estate from DePaul University. He completed his undergraduate education at Indiana University.
